2. Application: This is a negative control vector carrying a shRNA without homology to known human and mouse genes. It can be used as a control of BIOGENOVA™ pTMH1 Hygro vector. This control vector has a human H1 promoter to drive the shRNA expression with ampicillin resistant gene (Ampr), functional in E. coli., and the Hygromycin B resistant gene (Hygro), functional in mammalian cells.
