Introduction

Multi-i are a series of vectors for generating multiple shRNA. It can be used to insert a single shRNA for a single gene knocking down, or combine multiple shRNA to target multiple genes or multiple sites of one gene to maximize the knocking-down efficiency. Multi-i vectors use human U6, 7SK or H1 promoters to drive shRNA expression in cells for either transient or stable transfection. These vectors are pre-digested and ready–to-use to insert shRNAs and are designed for easy creating multiple-sites shRNA vector.
